Only 30 units of SUV to be sold; Priced at Rs 4.30 crore; Deliveries to begin by end of 2025

Mercedes-Benz has launched a special Collector's Edition of its popular AMG G63 SUV in India on June 12. This edition is made only for the Indian market.

The price is ₹4.30 crore (ex-showroom). Only 30 of these SUVs will be sold. It is only available to people who already own a top-end Mercedes-Benz car.

The design is inspired by Indian culture. It costs ₹66 lakh more than the regular G63. Bookings are open now, and deliveries will start in the last three months of 2025.

Mercedes Launches Special G63 Edition in India

Exterior: The 'One of Thirty' badge will be seen on the wheel covers.

The car has a ‘One of Thirty’ badge on the back spare wheel cover and a unique design on the side strip that goes along the whole side of the SUV.

Additionally, it has 22-inch AMG-spec alloy wheels that come in a gold finish.

The car will be available in two colour options. These include Mid Green Magno, which is inspired by green monsoon plants, and Red Magno, which is inspired by red soil rich in iron.

Interior: You can engrave your name on the dashboard grab handles

It features two-tone manufactured Catalana beige and black Nappa leather seat upholstery, open-pore natural walnut wood trim for the dashboard. It has high-tech features like a large touchscreen infotainment system, digital driver display. But what makes the Collector's Edition special is that customers can engrave their names on the dashboard grab handles.

Performance: Mild hybrid engine with a top speed of 220 kmph

The special edition of the AMG G63 has not undergone any mechanical changes. For performance, it has a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which comes with 48V mild hybrid technology. This setup produces 576 horsepower and 850 Newton-meters of torque.

Talking about the transmission, this engine is equipped with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. This car is equipped with a 4Matic all-wheel drive system. It also has a new 'race start' function.

Along with this, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 4.4 seconds. Its top speed is 220 kmph. The special thing is that the launch control feature has been given for the first time in the G63.

In addition, the car is equipped with AMG Active Ride Control suspension. This suspension system uses special hydraulics and adjustable shock absorbers. It keeps the car steady and makes the ride smooth on all types of roads.
